Live Service Isolator (PDF)
A safe, fast, gas-free method to renew or cut and cap 3/4″-2″ low pressure gas lines.
The tool uses a reusable Isolator Clamp attached to the service. This has a perpendicular valve for drilling through the pipe and an angled valve for inserting a flow stopper.
METHOD
- Install clamp with an outlet onto the pipe.
- Install Ball Valves, Drill, and Rod Stopper.
- Drill access hole.
- Push in the stopper.
- Remove equipment. Cut and cap or remove the stopper and insert PE.
