Basement Tee Replacement Tool (PDF)
This safe tool replaces or abandons inside ¾-2” low-pressure service tees and fittings without blowing gas or outside excavations.
Operation:
The tool seals on the tee. The cap or plug is removed. A stopper is inserted into the service pipe, stopping the flow of gas. Fittings are renewed, the stopper is retrieved and the service is back online.
